Frequently asked questions
Can't find your answer here? Check How it works or Buyer protection, or reach out once messaging is live.
Buying
How do I pay for an item?
Through the platform's checkout only — pay the item price, shipping, and a small buyer protection fee by card. Never pay a seller directly; it isn't covered if you do.
What if the item isn't as described?
You have 3 days after delivery to open a dispute from your order page. Our team reviews it and can refund you.
Can I negotiate the price?
Yes — message the seller and send an offer. They can accept, decline, or let it expire after 48 hours.
Selling
How much does it cost to list?
Listing is free. We only take a fee from the buyer's payment (5% + €0.70) once your item actually sells.
How do I list a record?
Search Discogs to autofill the release details, grade the media and sleeve condition, add at least 2 real photos, and set your price — takes about 30 seconds.
When do I get paid?
After the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically 3 days after delivery is confirmed if no dispute is opened.
Shipping
How does shipping work?
Locker-to-locker — you drop your parcel at a parcel machine near you, and the buyer picks it up at one near them.
Which countries are covered?
Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, including routes between them.
Who pays for shipping?
The buyer, at checkout — the cost depends on the route and carrier and is shown before payment.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
Secure card payment through our checkout.
Is my payment protected?
Yes — funds are held until 3 days after delivery is confirmed, so you can make sure everything's right before the seller is paid.
Why shouldn't I pay outside the platform?
Off-platform payments aren't covered by buyer protection and can't be refunded if something goes wrong — messages that suggest it are automatically flagged.
Disputes
How do I open a dispute?
From your order page, any time within 3 days of delivery — describe what went wrong and our team will review it.
What happens after I open a dispute?
An admin reviews the order and conversation, then decides to refund you or release payment to the seller. Payouts freeze the moment it opens.
Can the seller respond to a dispute?
Disputes are opened by the buyer; the seller's side of the conversation is part of what the admin reviews when resolving it.
